Q.  How fast can I get started?

A.  We can usually get you started the same or next day.  You’ll be up and running as soon as you receive your Welcome To Junkerlead email.

 

Q.  How many calls might I expect in a day?

A.  Up to 10, 20, or 50+ a day.

 

Q.  How do I track my calls?

A.  You may access your login.junkerlead.com account at anytime to review all incoming calls and charges.

 

Q.  Are phone calls recorded?

A.  Yes.  All incoming phone call leads are recorded.  You may listen to your calls anytime at login.junkerlead.com.

 

Q.  How do you screen a callers location?

A.  Upon any seller calling into the automated delivery system, the caller will be prompted to enter the zip code of their location. Upon entering their zip code, the caller will then be forwarded automatically to a buyer in the vicinity of that zip code.

 

Q.  How do you screen parts calls?

A.  Upon any seller calling into the automated delivery system, the caller will be prompted to enter #1 if they are inquiring about auto parts or #2 if they are selling a junk car.  Any caller who enters #1 is routed elsewhere.

 

Q.  Am I locked into a long term contract?

A.  No.  You can cancel service at anytime by emailing or calling us.

 

Q.  What process can I use to pay and when is my payment due?

A.  Your bank card will be charged every Monday based on the amount of calls you’ve received.  Visa or Mastercard accepted.

 

Q.  If I have more than one location can you provide leads to all of my locations?

A.  In most cases, Yes.
